If you had us under oath, we’d confess that our candidate selection process is actually the most important thing we do. Why? Because everything else hinges on selecting amazing talent. We diligently search for that smart few who share our core values and passion for serving others. We look for people who know their stuff, don’t mind a thorough intellectual probing, and can give a presentation with some serious gusto. And most importantly, we want to work with people who take their jobs seriously, but don’t take themselves too seriously.

Year 5-and-something at Daxko, and still learning. Last year was my first full term as Daxko’s Product Specialist, first role in Sales, and the fresh opportunity in years to see what Daxko does. Here are the top lessons I learned last year:
