If you had us under oath, we’d confess that our candidate selection process is actually the most important thing we do. Why? Because everything else hinges on selecting amazing talent. We diligently search for that smart few who share our core values and passion for serving others. We look for people who know their stuff, don’t mind a thorough intellectual probing, and can give a presentation with some serious gusto. And most importantly, we want to work with people who take their jobs seriously, but don’t take themselves too seriously. See open positions.

It’s hard to believe that I am now a 6+ year Daxko team member. It has been a life-changing experience to see the company grow, learn new roles, and meet new people. (And yes… I get a month-long sabbatical this year. Whoop! Whoop!)
As I think about my time here at Daxko, I have very fond [...]

My Heart Belongs to Daxko

by Barbara S02.14.2012

Do you feel that? It’s February – the season of love (and discounted Valentine’s Day chocolate!). It’s that warm, gooey, mushy time of the year when we spend too much money on fresh cut flowers, book romantic dinner reservations, and get suckered into watching sappy romance flicks. Since I’m head over heels in love with [...]

Finding Happiness

by Heather F02.14.2012

I was reading one of my favorite blogs around the beginning of the year, and the author talked about his new year’s resolutions. One of them was to read 12 non-fiction books this year. I love to read, but this made me realize that maybe reading The Hunger Games for a 3rd time wasn’t the [...]

Whatever Happened to the Horses?

by Preston D02.10.2012

Have you ever felt like you are being pulled in too many directions?  Life, it seems to me, is filled with a good many directions and, on the opposite, vices which have led mankind astray for years.  Unfortunately, the temptation doesn’t change but merely the circumstances that we may find ourselves in.  You may find [...]

Diary of a YouTube Superstar

by Chris O02.08.2012

We’ve all wondered what it would be like to live the life of a Hollywood A-lister/superstar athlete, or “find a nest in the hills, and chill like Flint” as that epic poet Kid Rock so eloquently described it. After my “Daxko – Sports Science” video was launched and went viral following our annual Kick-off event, [...]

If you’ve done your Daxko research, you know one thing we tout as a company is the professional development stipend provided to team members. Want to learn a new skill, or brush up on an old one? Is there a conference you’d like to attend, or a good book you want to read? At Daxko, [...]

Lessons Learned in 2011

Year 5-and-something at Daxko, and still learning. Last year was my first full term as Daxko’s Product Specialist, first role in Sales, and the fresh opportunity in years to see what Daxko does.  Here are the top lessons I learned last year:
1.) Everyone has a different clock.
a. Notice how nobody asks, “What time is it?” at Daxko? [...]

What Would You Do If You Lost Your Job Tomorrow?

What would you do if you lost your job tomorrow?
Chances are you would update your LinkedIn profile, dust off your resume, add your Daxko accomplishments to it, brush up on thought leadership topics in your area of experience, and start networking like crazy. I see a ton of good reasons to do that right here, [...]

Recently we have posted quite a few articles regarding our company’s annual kickoff.  We talked about the Go-Game, Top 10 Kick-Off Takeaways and a Kickoff Recap. Check out the posts if you haven’t read them yet.
With all of this talk around Kickoff, we would be remised if we didn’t recognize the 2012 Achiever’s Club [...]
